Northfield Community Partnership
A Charity working in partnership to enable people and communities to improve their life chances.
Northfield Community Partnership is a Charity helping people and community groups in South Birmingham, it was set up in 2006 and gained charitable status in July 2014, helping over 10,000 per year.
They know that real change means collaborating with change makers, community organisations and citizens to improve life chances, that's why alongside offering services such as benefit advice, a foodbank and employment support, they partner with and support the flourishing of several local community organisations.

are proud to work with industry leading professionals who fight to make change happen and peoples lives better.
The Hub
They work with 10,000 people per year on average through their services offered at The Hub.Foodbank
Feeding on average 3,000 families and providing 60,000 meals to local people per year.The Beach
We receive around 20,000 visitors per year to our family beach events.The incredible people behind NCP
The Northfield Community Partnership is made up of various hard working teams who offer specialist services to the residents of Birmingham, including a Family Wellbeing Team, The Hub Team, Northfield Neighbourhood Network Scheme Team, Household Support Fund Team and much more.
How We Work Together
We partnered with The Northfield Community Partnership at the end of 2023 when we launched the second phase of our Chaos to Order Project, a community program funded by Birmingham City Council to support individuals with hoarding behaviours.
Through this partnership it enabled us to employ two incredible hoarding coordinators to work with clients involved with the project, it has been our director Heathers dream ever since she set up Clouds End CIC in 2009 to expand our numbers so we are able to support more people, we are so privileged that by working with Northfield Community Partnership it has allowed us to do this.
They also help us host events for those involved in the project at their facilities, this offers a wonderful opportunity for our clients to meet others in similar situations and build support networks of their own outside of the services we offer.
We are really so thankful to work so closely with the wonderful team at Northfield Community Partnership and are so excited to see what the future brings for us as a partnership!
