What Is A Multi-Agency Approach?

Hoarding disorder is a complex mental health condition which often results in individuals with the behaviour having multiple organisation involved in their care at one time. To ensure clients get positive and long lasting results from a support program, it is paramount that agencies work seamlessly together. The client must always be involved every step of the way too, nobody deserves decisions being made about them, their items or their home, without them.

A multi-agency approach works to ensure each organisation is working towards the same goals, every person knows their role in the support journey and the clients needs are centred at all times.
