Our team has helped a great number of people and organisations reach their ultimate potential. We started New Horizons Clearances to allow our customers to have a safe and happy future and this is a vision we will continue to follow so those people who need support can receive it
How We Work Together
We are proud to partner with New Horizons Clearances, run by a compassionate team of current and former firefighters. Our connection with Alan and Adrian, the founders, was built through collaborative work on hoarding projects across Birmingham City Council, where our director, Heather, worked closely with the fire service to develop multi-agency approaches to managing hoarding cases.
Through our current Chaos 2 Order Project, New Horizons supports our clients by delivering clearance services that are not only efficient but deeply respectful and trauma-informed. They understand that clearances are about much more than removing items — they are often emotional, pivotal steps in someone's journey towards change. Their approach is rooted in empathy, care, and a genuine understanding of the challenges our clients face.
