Lushea Counselling Care Therapy
Compassionate support to help uncover the emotional roots of clutter, reduce overwhelm and develop healthier patterns, at your pace, without judgment.
My name is Lushea, I’m a qualified, registered and accredited counsellor with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I work primarily from a person-centred approach, offering a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, experiences and feelings at their own pace.
For over three years, I have specialised in supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed by clutter or hoarding-related behaviours. I understand how emotionally complex and isolating these challenges can be. My focus is on helping clients make sense of their experiences, reconnect with their values, and move toward lasting change — not just with their physical space, but with their sense of self.
If you're feeling stuck and unsure where to begin, you're not alone. I'm here to support you in taking the first step
are proud to work with industry leading professionals who fight to make change happen and peoples lives better.

How We Work Together
Clouds End have been working with Lushea since 2023 when she approached Heather with a request to do her contact hours for Clouds End as part of her Counselling course; her personal experience lead her to seek us out.
Now she is a qualified counsellor we work in partnership with her. She has provided many of our clients with hoarding-specific counselling and many of them report to have benefitted greatly from it.
